How much do custom T-shirts cost in Calgary?

A shirt price is useful only when you know which garment and printing it includes. Here are ANCO's published starting options and how to compare them.

By ANCO Apparel & Uniforms · Published · Updated

Short answer: ANCO's standard custom T-shirt packages start at CAD $250 for 12 shirts and CAD $495 for 24. Packages include one 4 × 4 in left-chest DTF print, sizes S–XL and setup. For 48+ standard T-shirts, the published volume rate starts at CAD $25 per shirt. The volume rate assumes one standard-size DTF print location; the final quote depends on the garment, artwork, quantity, locations and availability. Taxes and optional delivery are additional where applicable.

Package starting prices include standard T-shirts or pullover hoodies in sizes S–XL, one 4 × 4 in left-chest DTF print and setup. Larger sizes, larger prints and additional locations cost extra. Final pricing depends on garment selection, artwork dimensions, quantity, print locations and availability. Taxes and optional delivery are additional where applicable.

The package totals and per-shirt volume rates are separate published starting options. Multiplying a displayed per-shirt rate by 12 or 24 does not replace the package price. Ask which option applies to your request and use the confirmed quote when approving a budget.

What the standard T-shirt packages include

  • One 4 × 4 in left-chest DTF print
  • Full-colour artwork
  • Artwork/order review before production
  • Mixed sizes S–XL where available
  • Setup included
  • Local pickup

The package covers standard T-shirts with the stated print scope. Local pickup is included; confirm the arrangements when your order is reviewed. A second print location, a larger design, a different garment or an unavailable size can change the quote. Full-colour artwork does not mean unlimited print locations.

ANCO uses DTF transfers applied with a heat press. Read the DTF and screen-printing comparison if you are comparing different production methods. ANCO does not offer screen printing or embroidery.

Illustrative comparison: 24 shirts with a front logo and back text

Illustrative example · Not a documented customer order

The CAD $495 starting package includes one 4 × 4 in left-chest DTF print. A front logo plus back text requests two locations. Send both designs and ask for the revised total before treating the package as your budget.

If the budget is fixed, compare an approved front-only version with the two-location version. Keep the garment and quantity the same so you can see which decision changes the quote. No extra-location price is assumed here.

Order the quantity you need

A lower starting unit rate does not automatically make a larger order better value. Count the shirts people need, then list any deliberate spares separately. If you only need a few shirts, request a small-order quote before buying extra pieces to reach a package quantity.

Use the bulk T-shirt order plan for group counts or the small-order guide for a handful of pieces. Send your garment preference, quantity, sizes, artwork, print locations and date to request a custom T-shirt quote.

A few practical answers.

These answers are a starting point. Your garment, artwork and order details determine the final conversation.

Does the starting T-shirt price include printing?

The published standard T-shirt packages include one 4 × 4 in left-chest DTF print with full-colour artwork, sizes S–XL and setup. Confirm the exact garment, artwork dimensions and available sizes with your quote.

Is there a fixed price for one custom T-shirt?

ANCO has not published a fixed one-shirt price. Small orders are welcome; send the quantity and design so ANCO can confirm the available option and cost.

Are back prints included in a front-print package?

A front and back design means two print locations. The starting package includes one 4 × 4 in left-chest print, so request a quote for the additional scope.
