How we use your quote request.
When you contact ANCO Apparel & Uniforms, we use the details you provide to review your apparel request and respond to you.
Information you submit
The quote form may collect your name, email, phone number, order category, project notes such as garment type and approximate quantity, and an optional artwork file.
Saved apparel designs
The apparel designer stores your garment choices, size quantities, text, uploaded artwork and garment previews. Drafts and quote selections are also stored in your browser so you can return to your work on the same device. Saved designs use private links instead of accounts: anyone with an edit link can change that design, and anyone with a viewing link can see it. Keep those links private.
Draft links expire after 90 days without an update. Design references created for quotes are fixed copies and do not expire automatically; they are retained with your enquiry or order under the policy below. Clearing your browser storage removes local drafts and quote selections, but does not delete copies already saved with ANCO.
Why we use it
We use your contact and order details to respond to you, prepare a quote and fulfil your print order. We use the artwork you send to review the design, prepare it for printing and produce your order.
We do not sell your personal information or automatically subscribe you to marketing. We ask for your permission before using your artwork or finished order in our marketing.
Service providers
Our quote system sends contact and order details to HubSpot so we can manage and respond to your request. Uploaded artwork is stored with Cloudflare R2 so we can access it for review and printing. The design service runs on Railway, with design records in our hosted database and uploaded artwork and previews in Cloudflare R2. These services process the information needed to support your request.
Service providers may process information outside Canada. You can contact ANCO’s owner at the number below to ask about our service-provider privacy practices.
How long we keep it
We keep your details and artwork only as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry, complete your order, resolve order-related questions or meet business and legal recordkeeping requirements. We do not keep your artwork for unrelated projects or use it as a permanent artwork archive.
You can ask us to delete your artwork or personal information. We remove information that is no longer needed, subject to records we must retain. Deletion requests are handled by ANCO; submitting a form or completing an order does not trigger automatic deletion.
Questions, corrections or deletion requests
Call 403-402-8595 to ask about your information, request a correction or discuss deletion. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the quote form.
